I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the train station. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Despite a few minor inconveniences like limited Wi-Fi and noise from other guests, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Super clean rooms, high pressure shower and totally accessible location. And to top it off there is one one of the best Italian restaurants (Roma) I have ever dined at just one block away.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Metz for a quick overnight stop during my travels. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with parking spaces nearby and the Musee Centre Pompidou just a 3-minute walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, quickly accommodating our request for a baby bed. The hotel itself was clean and had been recently renovated, with good English-speaking staff and all amenities in working order.

Stopped twice on separate occasions within a week first room needed updating although second room was great.

It is very central and the room was quite comfortable for three people

Getting into the toilet was not very practicle as you had to manouver to the side to be able to close the toilet door as there was no space between the sink and the door for it to close without moving away.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across from the train station. It's so convenient, especially if you're arriving or departing by train. Plus, being only a 20-minute walk from the old town is a huge bonus.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The staff were friendly & helpful & coped well with my poor French. They speak English well. The choices for breakfast were very good. Very handy to the train station.

Sometimes the traffic noise was bad during the night so I had to close the balcony door in room 15.

This hotel is located in a very convenient spot - directly opposite the train station. You won't have to walk far with your luggage! It is also right in front of the Musee Centre Pompidou, a famous attraction only a 3-minute walk away. The city centre is easily accessible too, being just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with good service from friendly staff.

There were some negative aspects. Reviews mentioned that some rooms were small and warm, others had noisy constructions nearby and a few had issues with the hot water in the bathroom.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I felt welcome because of the friendly receptionist. The hotel's location is perfect for those who love to travel by train; it is right opposite the station of this city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms, facilities, and breakfast area were impressive. I also appreciated having access to private parking near the hotel.

They have à closed garage to park your car. So I left all our luggage in the car. The next day however they open the garage and leave it like that. Not very safe for a fully packed car.
